The technical education is the driving force behind the economic development of any nation. The traditional economy is now rapidly moving towards the knowledge based economy dominated by knowledge, skills and the emerging technologies.

This will require creating institutions that can generate excellence in the field of technical education. Ours is a young nation with a huge working population and we are already looking forward to reap this demographic dividend. But, ironically, on the other hand recent studies have shown that the employability of our pass outs is very low. Solving this problem requires massive effort on part of the academia, industry and the government.

Our focus is not only on imparting technical skills to the students but also on development of employability skills which  mainly includes basic communication skills, basic IT skills, etiquettes and manners, Interpersonal or social skills, team building skills and employment seeking skills.

For this the students are encouraged and provided with opportunities to participate in the institutional and extra-curricular activities for their all-round development. The institute is fortunate enough to have wonderful batch of students and also dedicated faculty and staff for making them capable enough to be at par with the knowledge and skills required in the industry.
